PROGRAMS & SERVICES

Affordable Housing Projects
It is apparent that affordable rental housing for long term and/or transitional tenancy is rare, and in most cases unaffordable. As such, AccessHome is developing and acquiring permanent, affordable housing for its consumers by utilizing financial resources, including government agencies/programs, private lending institutions.

As a service provider for consumers of FNRC, AccessHome provides assistance and resources for rental accommodations. Within our service area, we have units reserved for low-income individuals/families; and a percentage of units reserved specifically for persons with developmental disabilities.
Currently, AccessHome's inventory of affordable housing includes 3 duplexes, 6 single-family homes, 3 apartments and 13 Community Living Service homes.

VALUES & GUIDING PRINCIPLES

AccessHome embraces the following values and guiding principles as it fulfills its mission to provide affordable housing opportunities and assistance for persons with developmental disabilities: Quality Environments; Compassion; Community Collaboration; Integrity; and Self-Sufficiency
